El Mirage: Retail Market

The El Mirage retail market has many needs. Population, housing, and non-retail development are growing at a very fast rate. Employment growth at Copper Wing Logistics Center is predicted to create over 15,000 new jobs within the next ten years. The City has a limited selection of restaurants and lacks entertainment. In addition to food and entertainment, El Mirage also needs neighborhood services related businesses. This includes banking, coffee shops, hardware, apparel and much more.
